SOLVED - Error was caused by a corrupted .XCI file.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Hi guys,

So I updated from SX OS 1.9 to 2.0 on my 5.1 Switch using the new update function from the SX OS menu, and uploaded some DLCs and a game on my SD card using the SX OS' FTP as I wanted to test it.

I reboot, and now I'm stuck with an error code 2144-0001 each time I enter the album menu. This happen in docked mode as well as handheld mode.

I never had this error before since using SX OS.

I went back to SX OS 1.9, but it didn't solve anything.

Can't play anymore as the console is freezing as soon as I enter the album menu...

I can still enter in the album menu without freezing on the Ofw.

My SD (Sandisk 200gb) is only some monthes old (got it when the SX OS was released), and I never had any issue with it ; Everything worked fine on the switch before I update to SX OS 2.0.

Any idea on what I could try ?

Thanks :)

had a similar error, it might be the nsp's sometimes when you mass copy over the nsp's FTP or not over your SD card there might be some problems so first try to get the nsp's out of your SD card and if you can boot in the album then that's the problem: Broken NSP it means that the nsp's is not complete so u gotta redownload it or recopy it on ur SD card.

I also have this error every now and then, even in handheld mode, usually after I start it up from sleep mode (SX OS 1.9, FW 5.0.1). Tested my sd card with h2testw and it's clean so I guess I have some broken NSP files as well. I've installed most of my NPSs with the SX OS installer but I think I'll use Devmenu for NSP installation from now on.

No error detected with the h2testw.

I removed all the new files I put inside the SD following the update, and the album menu is back in SX OS :)

Now to download again and see if it works or not ; Thanks Terabvte :)

Blah. 3 of my NSO + Expansion Pass family group members are leaving. Found one replacement so far but still need to fill two empty slots. I have 9 days or i eat the extra cost myself. But with a full group $11 for a year is a good deal. imo
