I got those exact errors when trying to download the new ACNL update, is that what you're trying to download? If so, I suggest you instead grab the update off of that ISO site.

is it safe to play online with a cfw etc.?
and iso offline games on sysNAND?

Yes all safe to play online. The error might be if you're tying to update a CIA game through eShop. Just install the CIA update and it should be fine.

IIRC Freeshop also lets you download updates if you can't find it on that ISO site.
