We have been informed of the release of the first Nintendo 3DS firmware update to ever go live. Now what does this update bring us?

? Improved system stability
?More comfortable way to enjoy, and will improve the overall stability of the system.
? Since when updating communications capabilities
?We extend some of the ability to receive data, such as Oshirase.
? Improved network connectivity
?And other wireless Internet access in some Nintendozon, sometimes can not communicate it made measures.

Update: the Acekard Team has just informed us that the Acekard 2i update they've prepared is still functional after the 3DS firmware update (it does not get blocked) and they will be releasing the update shortly!
Update 2: the R4i DSN and R4i Gold (r4ids.cn version) are confirmed to work after the 3DS firmware update. It does appear that this first update doesn't block DS flashcarts.
