Gaming Update Wii through NUS Downloader

I recently softmodded my Japanese Wii to 4.1U using AnyRegion Changer. I want to update to 4.3U using NUS Downloader. Is it safe to update through WAD Manager 1.7 by Waninkoko to perform a system update to 4.3U? Will it brick my Wii?

Disc Port (Just in case): Unidentified as Modified Disc (Crayon Shin-chan: Saikyou Kazoku Kasukabe King Wii)
Additional Mods (Just in case): Priiloader, Homebrew Channel, USB Loader GX, Configurable USB Loader, Gecko OS, SoftChip Loader, WAD Manager, Pimp my Wii, Mymenuify
NAND Changes: Removed Duplicated Forecast Channel + News Channel
