Hacking Update to 6.2 With ChoiDujourNX

I'm ready to update my system to 6.2, but i would like to know if i did all the necessary steps to downgrade in the future, i've:

• Backup clean NAND + BOOT
• Updated 6.1 to exFAT using ChoiDujourNX
• Enabled AutoRCM
• Dumped my keys with lockpick

Now if i update with ChoiDujourNX to 6.2, i would be able to restore my NAND in the future and get back to 6.1?

Im pretty sure you can use ChoiDujourNX to downgrade back to an older firmware so you might not need a nand restore.

Thank you, I often read about dumping keys and store it in a safe place, why?

Some homebrew and switch software requires the keys to work thats about the only use i have found for them.
