i have firmware 1.1 on my 3ds, i bought my gateway and want to install it but first i have to update my fw to 4.5.
i got ''donkey kong country returns USA'' so i can update but the region was different, my 3ds is EUR while the game is USA, so the game does not appear due to region lock, i followed an exploit about removing region lock so i can update via donkey kong but first i have to open Internet browser on my 3ds....which i don't have by the way since i have to system update to get the Internet browser, and i can not update because my FW will jump straight to 9.5
any advice of what i should ? i can not get an another game because I'm from Algeria and the customs block every item non authorized from ebay, so i have to travel and I'd like to avoid that.
