Update system after downloading something from hShop

I downloaded a home screen theme and a gba game from hshop and now this appeared.
Should I update or will it brick my device?

You should really refrain from talking about such sites in here, people don't like piracy in here. Saying this just to prevent potential warns.

Yeah it's safe to update, nothing will happen if you do. Latest 3DS updates had patched exploits but haven't messed a lot with other apps. Except CTGP-7. If you have that, you should update that because it was broken by the new update. Otherwise you should be fine.

Yeah if you have a fairly recent version of Luma3DS, you should be able to complete the update without any issues.
Make sure to update Luma3DS too
