Update Switch FW and Pkmn Violet Questions

Hi guys. I have a hackable switch, but haven't updated fw in while. I am on 12 something I think. What should I update FW to for pokemon violet, as i heard that latest FW isint really stable with Atmosphere? Also, does Violet work with Pkhex and how should I go about updating Atmosphere and hekate? Help appreciated [emoji846]
