E100: Core firmware related.
703: Disc drive
80910008: Either auth fail or lock status inconsistent. Did you replace the disc drive?

Thank you for your answer, no I didn't change the disk drive, does the Xbox have a daughter card associated with the console?

Yes the disc drive board stays with the CPU and SSD boot partition.

Are you sure if the drive is original? If you did not replace it, it’s possible someone else did.

Sadly it ain't much you can do. It's married with the cpu and ssd. Best would be to open it and maybe it's just a simple component of that can be replaced on the daughter board to get it to life again

If you are sure the disc drive is original, start by checking drive functionality. Does it take in and out discs normally? Is all power rails supplying the disc drive and the power rails on the drive controller board present?

I'm going to check all of that.
and if I replace the daughter card and solder the data component of the defector to it, is it possible?

The data component is the whole “MSODDDSP” chip, it is possible.

Thank you for all your response, the person I bought it from changed the reader without changing the daughter card. I'll keep it for parts
