Hello. Recently ctr-httpwn stopped working and I want to go online with my 9.2 3ds. Can I grab a CVer and a NVer cia from Nintendo's CDN and will that block the update nag? If it doesen't then what does?

Don't try installing system files to sysNAND or you'll brick it.
Just install Arm9LoaderHax -- a permanent Custom Firmware ( http://3ds.guide ), or setup emuNAND and update normally (if you're scared of bricking your system, but not recommended).
