Hacking Update and Delete CIA-RXTOOLS

been busy reading tutorials and random help forums,but i just can't seem to find a good tutorial or simple explanation on:
How to delete game cia + save game (installed via FBI from emunand)
Safe to update installed game cia (in sd card) while in emunand or proper way

System Settings -> Data Management -> Nintendo 3DS -> Software

You can also deleted them using BigBlueMenu or FBI directly...

i didn't heard time ago that if you access the data management on the emunand, this makes ALL the games delete from the emunand????

I think that's if you access data management on sysnand, and if your sysnand and emunand are linked.

Mainly for those who like to keep their NNID and legit content on sysNAND so it's not lost in case emuNAND is bricked or lost.

I uninstall via FBI directly. If you press R you can cycle to delete title. There you will have all the title codes of the installed files. Look at 3dsdb to find out which code belongs to which game.

I use BBM just because I find the interface better. Both work perfectly.

Can someone elaborate on the deleting everything stuff when you go to data management in system settings? It's true or not? When does it happen?

As @Xenon Hacks said on an other thread, in emuNAND you can go directly into the data management part to delete games, updates and DLCs.

Ah ok, and if I did that on linked nands my "non legit" cia's would be deleted?

I don't know sorry (my NANDs are unlinked). Would be better to ask @Xenon Hacks.

Just unlink your nand's it's super easy turn on your 3ds. go to system setting, pop out the sd card, format the system in system settings, go through the initial setup, power down, pop the sd back in , bam unlinked nand's.

I know that, I have unlinked nands. Just thought a thing like that would be a good addition to my tutorial if it could happen by accident. But if there is no danger when nand is unlinked then I don't need to mention it.
