Hacking Update 3.4- getting PatchMii to work?

I read on WiiBrew that the new 3.4 update from Nintendo contains IOS249 (or something like that) which is a copy of IOS9, which blocks PatchMii. I kbow this sounds really simple and is probably wrong, but if I update to 3.4 (which I won't do), go to AnyTitle Deleter on my HBC and delete IOS249, won't that then allow PatchMii to work? Or is that not how it all works?

Yeah, I've been trying to look on WiiBrew but it won't load up for me. So if it is deleted, won't that make PatchMii work?

PatchMii Installs as IOS249
the 3.4 update installs :
IOS254 (a copy of IOS9, to block PatchMii/DVDx).

So in theory if you use any title deleter and delete IOS254 and then install the cios_fix and use IOS Downgrader!
everything will work again...

The reason you can't just delete the IOS254 and have patcmii reinstall and work without issues is because all the ios's have been patched to block the signing bug....

in theory it's great but infact it doesn't work , it's only a theory ( good one though )
