Just my luck. I'll just wait a few weeks and buy Smash for 3DS then.

I would recommend getting OOT if you wish to downgrade as smashhax has problems initializing safe/sysupdater, i have a few friends who could never get it booting no matter how many times they tried but by using OOT it worked on the first go.

That or Cubic Ninja if you don't have Action Replay PowerSaves (Pro) or another h4x0r3d *DS =P
