There was an sd card glitch on 10.4?

I've experienced weird black out in the rebooting after update, only fixed by removing micro sd.
There's also some reports of micro sd corrupting as well but can't verify that.

Issue seems to be only black screen on boot, and there's apparently a fix.

Browserhax is broken on o3DS, but it still works fine on N3DS as long as you have the starter kit.

yes there is i.m on rxtools emunand 9.5 on N3ds , no support beyond 9.5 for emunand

You dont need a qr code. Its just an option. Look up "yls8" on google and click the option that says "here"
Copy paste the contents on the starter pack on to your SD.
