Unpack games .h3 .app

I download a few games with USB Helper but I didn't bother to unpack them. Now it's not possible with USB Helper, it throws a long error mesaage when I try to start it, stupid me thought I could do it whenever. Before I start roaming the internet for a solution, can anyone shed some light on the issue? Is this something that is no longer possible now?
