No, why the receipt?

I had past experiences with them and they ask for the serial number from the back of the 3DS.
can I give them the serial number?

i dont want to lose my eshop games though..........................................................................................

could I have a different NNID on sysNAND than on emuNAND if theyre unkinked?
No, since the SysNAND is downgraded and the 3DS cannot have two NNIDs.

Now that you say that, nintendo doesn't do anything to "modified" contents on your console.

I was going to say try system transfer to another 3ds and then back...but it is on your 9.2 sys nand and not on your emu nand, right?

Hmm backup Emunand with emunand tool? format emunand and then inject emunand again?

Edit.. i am not sure. I think I mixed something up... dunno if it works..

afaik

But after you unlinked it by formatting and restored emunand Nintendo should theoretically ask you to login again, because the system got unlinked before.

In theory
What really happens is the 3ds remembers the login info from before the format, but Nintendo still has the console unlinked. When you try to just login it gives an error. There is no way to just make the 3ds forget the login through official ui. Format is the only way.
What can be done is make a new emunand from nand, update it, and re-link the Nnid. Afterwords Nintendo has the id linked to the console and the original emunand works again.
