Hacking Unknown patron of leds

Hello I am new to this chip mods, recently bought a HwFly rp2040 lite and want to install what needs to be installed but when I connect the chip to my pc lights up a long blue led and six short green leds
1 blue led- pause- 1-1 green - pause -1-1 green - pause - 1-1-green
I do not find information about this pattern in specific besides that the computer does not recognize any device.

Would someone please tell me where I can find information about my problem?

That pattern sounds like 2 short pulses (**), thrice. It means RST is not connected, and is what a Picofly modchip would normally do when it is not yet wired to anything.
