it's a mecha-harem-space-action-comedy with 26 episodes, slightly ecchi, but nothing explicit, just innuendo

Planetes (video series +manga): drama but still pretty boy-centric (shonen) about orbital garbage collectors "debris haulers."

The Wings Of Honeyamise (one-off movie): a satire of the American space program that is starting to seem more realistic as reality gets more stupid in our era of stupid being the new smart, esp. in socially backward Southern states like Florida.
