ROM Hack Union room problems on US Black/White

So looking around I couldn't find much on the US version, though some have claimed everything works. I'm trying to transfer Pokemon from my TTDS White Rom, but when I try to enter the union room, the game tells me I already have a save and won't let me overwrite. Is this a problem anyone else has had? Is there a patch somewhere? Is this a problem with my rom?

Any help would be appreciated.
