Do you really think calling Nintendo and inquiring about your ban that may be caused by pirated games is a good idea?

Anyway, I tried it too on N3DS. I may have done something wrong but it didn't work for me.

Obviously i told them i didn't know the reason and i haven't done anything bad (they also told me that usually only the third ban is permanent but maybe since this is for hacking a 3DS it will be permanent even if it's the first one)
