ROM Hack Question Unable to use amiibo on BOTW

So long story short, a few days ago my data was corrupted and I deleted my backup folder due to my own carelessness. Luckily I still had a save file from when I was messing around with the web editor and I managed to restore my save.

Today I wanted to use amiibo so I tried turning it back on in the options, but I get the message "You cannot use amiibo until you've reached a certain point in the game. Try again after you've made some progress"

Before anyone asks, I've already beaten the game so it is not because I haven't advanced far enough.

Things I've tried:

• Moving to a different area on the map
• Restarting the game
• Restarting the console

My guess is that it's because I lost the trackblock.sav file, but in the new backup I made there seems to be a new one already made so idk.
