updating switch and Atmosphere unable to merge atmosphere folder

Any help would be helpful, as I'm stuck on updating atmosphere. Thank you.

I'm using DBI mtp responder to update

updated the hekate folder
copied atmosphere...
mtp responder says [0x00000402] Path already exists
File /atmosphere/package3 can not be created

I deleted atmosphere on my sd and tried to copy the atmosphere1.5.5 and I get the same error.

i would suggest using a card reader and copy atmosphere and hekate from your computer to sd card.

use ctrl + c to properly overwrite and replace files.

Would rather use Hekates sd Mount Feature. And not inject/eject the sd too often of the console cause the switch sd Reader is prone to break.

well you are not doing it often so i dont see why you would break the sd card or even the switch sd card reader. The only one time prior to setting up atmosphere and hekate for the very first time and after that you can use hekate to access sd card

DBI is also not good for copying multiple files suchs as over 500 files. It will easier get error more than using Hekate usb tools.
Yes but the protocol is very diffrent MTP vs USB Mass Storage device, MTP is harder to implement.
But i agree that for copy large ammount of files is better use Hekate as USB mass storage device.

That is basically what I mean... Ofc you need to do it for first time setup.

Hekate is faster aswell, prefer that. I only use haze/ dbi for transfering cheats

My $0.02--if you use PC, use USB Disk Ejector.

There are times media is "ejected", but still in use, which will most likely corrupt data.

USB DE has a 99.99999% eject rate vs. Windows 93% eject rate.
