Hacking unable to identify package 1

Trying to resolve my issue when trying to boot into atmosphere and getting a crash report saying "unable to identify package1".

I already tried updating both atmosphere and fuse.bin (yes i am using the correct fusee.bin) updating hekate. Im now lost and annoyed.

Did you update to the latest firmware because it isn't supported yet
