Homebrew Unable to install homebrew

Hi All, I recently bought my wii u from ebay and enjoying it. My Wii version is 5.5.2E
I am currently trying to install homebrew on it but failing all the time. I am doing following steps,
Got Sans 128 GB micro SD card
Formatted sd card using guiformat (fat32, Allocation unit size 65526 and quick format)
Download HB from /dimok789/homebrew_launcher/releases/tag/1.4 and after extracting coping wii u folder on root
Eject and insert sd card into wii u
Using gamepad access loadiine.ovh and run exploit from there
after couple of tries I can see blue bubbles on gmepad but no menu
I have now tried dozen of times but i only reach to blue bubbles page but no menu. (attached is screenshot)
I have tried to clean SD card slot by blowing air, reformatting sd card but no luck

Would any one please help me with this.
It will be greatly appreciated.

I would say it worked fine. That's the Homebrew Launcher. You need to have homebrew apps on your sd card as well or there is nothing to show in HBL. What were you expecting to see or run exactly?

Well, you know, a launcher needs some apps.
Which guide did you follow,

Thank you both of you. I realized my mistake, I would install the app as well.
I was following a video from youtube and a tutorial from gbatemp.
