Hacking Unable to Format

Hi, I have had my card for a couple weeks now and have loved it. However, yesterday, When I went to use the card, When I opened the card menu. all I got was a Black and white screen. So I tried to reformat, But upon opening the formatter, The formatters freezes, but everything else runs fine. Could someone help?

Btw, This only happens when I have the micro Sd card Connected to the computer

It could be either a faulty card reader or faulty card. To test which try the card reader with a card that is known to be working and to test the card try it with a card reader that is known to be working.

this happened to me before. had to get a new card reader lol

I checked, This problem is not the card reader, namely the Micro SD card it's self. Aparently, the entire sd card is corrupted.
