Hacking Umm... I have a preloader question...

So I just DLed the preloader .27 (it says -cred, but I don't think that's important).

Now I wanna know, do I have to do anything with the hacks.ini in the root of my SD card? Or is everything done when I boot up the preloader? And When I boot it up, I get the warning screen, it says to turn off my wii if I do not agree... but *facapalm* how do I agree, I'm stuck at the warning screen. I know it's not frozen because the home button brings me back to the HBC.

Look in the softmii instructions theres a code you enter using the wii-mote buttons.
