Umm... Error?

Okay, I will admit this; Life hates me.
Anyways, I was going to search for something using the search function of GBAtemp. I wasn't signed in that time (too lazy), so I was going to search. However, the page just showed up with;
[#ARC-59] You are banned from the arcade, cheating was detected from your account or IP address.
Yeah, So I want to ask; is that an error? Or is that normal? Sorry if I was bothering anyone... But seriously, life hates me.

Guests keep getting banned from the Arcade for some reason. I put checks for it already, but it doesn't seem to help.
Once a guest gets banned, it applies to all guests automatically (it checks member ID).
