Gaming Umbra in Skyrim?

I was wondering if anyone knew if the soul trapping sword Umbra was in Skyrim. It had the best base attack in Oblivion and was one of the strongest swords in Morrowind, if it's in Skyrim i'm sure it will be one of the best swords. Anyone know if it's in Skyrim, and if it is, please tell me the quest/location for it? Thank you ES players!

Was enchanting nerfed in Skyrim to want something pre-enchanted but with good base attack? Because I have the sword but I prefer using custom enchanted Daedric instead. Heavy, but the weight in itself is useful for flinching, and the added encumbrance can be compensated with other effects (like raising Strength). As for Soultrap effects, an enchanted accessory works well enough.

I have a Ebony Sword i custom named Umbra with the same effects, but i just wanted Umbra just to have Umbra, as it is one of the most legendary ES swords. Kind of dissapointing it's not in Skyrim.
