It is the most powerful consumer retail portable gaming system ever made...

Like 2x the power of Wii U docked, 5x the power of Vita as a portable. Initially I expected more as well, but that was unrealistic. To get XB1/PS4 power in a laptop costs you at least $1000, and the form factor is considerably larger.
but my old pc was more powerful than my ps4 and cost about 700 :O

And now I've got a top-of-the-line gaming PC :P

Well yeah that's a full desktop PC. Blows even Pro and Scorpio out of the water, but it's useless for portable gaming.

I can only seem to find benchmarks for programs, and of course most are for mobile devices as well. But it seems pretty powerful for a handheld. I'm happy with it if docked it can play games at 1080p. Honestly if I want graphic fidelity I just play on PC. I like how games look on Nintendo consoles, always have. But at the end of the day I play mostly multiplayer games and I'd rather content and performance over looks, but once I'm in it, I don't notice how pretty something is.

Just one of my GPUs costs more than your entire PC.

That's always fun. But my new laptop is top (get it? LAWLLLLLIO) of the line:)

Well, more or less. Not tippity top, but it's got Nvidia GTX 1070, and other neato stuffzzzz.

Well if anyone is interested.

From what I can tell, the X1 is nearly as strong as a 5th gen i3 which actually is no slouch. I don't know what it does for graphics, as far as I've seen its not great, but consoles are optimized far greater than PC games and thus it does not matter as much. Point being, they can actually do decent things with this console and it's handheld.
