Hacking Uloader on vwii

Is that possible to run Uloader ( just to curious, if i can install special cios and run uloader)

Nope does not work due to the fact that uloader runs from cios 222/223 and vwii is incompatible with cios 222/223. Due to the fact that uloader is so old and out of date nobody has bothered to make compatible versions.
