This isn't some kind of HOME Menu extension, injection, patch, etc.: uLaunch is an entire reimplementation (of key components), 100% open-source!

Oh my gosh i did not know about this, why am i finding out about this cool looking theme ;-;!! I want it so badly....ugh i was legit gonna ask if anyone could add the feature of folders lol, yet here it is but from what i read this doesnt work no more? is there like another theme menu that does work that gets folders??

Oh really? That's neat q-q thing is i got nxtheme installer xD...i don't even know if the dev will ever add folders or if anyone had done this neat feature with ulaunch to nxtheme at all..i have been using the same updare features they got for the theme layout that are built onto the website version to make themes on your own.
So when i saw this i..thought yeah i am gonna have to delete my themes and re do them all if i can do it on ulaunch..ahhh.. although i hope this doesn't crash on me because my switch is updated =0

AFAIK, with the way they're currently implemented, NXThemes can't and won't support folders since they're simply modifying the visual aspect of the stock Home menu. uLaunch, on the other hand, is an entirely different application - which allows for further customization.

The installation shouldn't touch what you already have on your SD card. I'd say try it out, and if you experience crashes, simply remove or rename the uLaunch NSP file, as described on the "disabling" section of the GitHub wiki.

Don't count on it. The subreddit is dead, and the discord server itself has less than daily traffic. The creator doesn't seem to post frequent updates, and I'm guessing either it's stupidly hard to maintain (extremely likely), either it's a side hobby. They also have other great tools like Goldleaf and emuiibo to maintain, so that's that.

So i copied the files to my switch but now when it boots it just stays on a black screen. I can still hold power and see the power options but it just sits on a black screen.

I Can’t use the hold R method since it opens a ulauncher menu thing.

Press d-pad up to choose a donator app that will be used for full ram mode then.

Thanks for updating it! It's much faster - the older releases lagged a lot.
Have you considered adding the ability to sort the games on the main screen and those in folders? Being able to sort by title (A-Z) would be great.
Also, it would be great if you could write a very TL;DR description of what uMenu, uViewer, and uLaunch each do for any devs who want to work on them.
