Gaming txt Reader

I'm trying to do a Max S-Link run on Persona 3 and would love to be able to read the guide during gameplay.
I tried CWCheat's Text Reader function, but pressing X does nothing.
Any suggestions?

The text reader works fine...just check your files are named correctly according to the game id given in the CWCheat menu (and you can also format them better in Line Breaker)

Except I'm not seeing a readme or a guide in the plugin folder. Didn't know I had to rename the .txt file, even. Is there a guide I'm missing somewhere?
