When you get a game-specific ban on a Nintendo game, you get an email stating the violation, and the details of the "restriction".
But what I have noticed is that there are 2 different formats. One of them seems more "prolonged", and one of them just uses shorter words to describe it.

But what does trigger the 2 different ban emails? I have only managed to get the shorter version.

For example, the message that I have received contained the following:

This violation is a severe case or a repeat violation, so your usage of Nintendo Account services will be restricted.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Restricted content:
The online service for the associated software.

Period:
30 days
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

But I have seen a screenshot of the following message:

Due to the gravity of the violation or the fact that this is a repeated violation, the following restriction will be applied to your usage of Nintendo Account services.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Details of restriction:
Use of online services will be restricted for applicable software.

Duration:
30 Days
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

See the difference? How does one trigger the second message?

They have probably just slightly modified the template over time.

Seem like top one is apply to single game and bottom one is apply to overall online service.
