Try _DS_MENU.DAT or R4.DAT for now

hmm.. We're gonna have to find a way to update it..

This is what I get. We'd want to get yours to show a 3DS firmware. (I still find it weird that it doesn't show up on your 3DS, it should).

I have an oldschool R4i gold "v1.4" from r4i-gold.eu and confirmed working with just the TWL_FIRM patch whereas it wouldn't work before with the white list or any other method.

ok so I installed the unsigned TWLFirm on both sysnand and emunand and DS, DSiWare and Homemenu hax>GW.3DS stopped working (all going to black screen) (mset is still working though)

deleted it, restored the original files on both sysnand and emunand, GW flashcart works again... menu hack behave wierdly, stays on the collor screen much longer than before and can't boot in gw.3DS...

restoring sysnand to see if this solves it.
(really don't understand what's going on)

Place TuxSH's elf file in sys/patches/ctr and rename it to twl_firm.elf after deleting the old one, worked for me

If you only plan to use this on emuNAND there is no need to install the TWL_FIRM in sysNAND.

I can only use it in sysnand for now, I use emunand with GW, which reboots stuff and twl as well. (I'm unlinked btw)

Can we install the TWL_FIRM.cia for N3DS by Aurora Wright on a GW Emunand, to get the Blue flashcard to work on Emunand without breaking a MSET entrypoint on the sysnand? (unlinked Emunand and Sysnand).

Ah I see, I have no idea how Gateway works but couldn't you install ReiNAND or AuReiNAND if you use an o3DS and use that? From what I read there is no problem sharing an emuNAND between Gateway and CFW.

To keep it simple if it's one of the old auto-boot Flashcards that loaded automatically after the Health & Safety screen then it won't work. If you had to select the Flashcard in the DS menu on a DS/DS Lite/DSi then it will work.
