They are Wii homebrew executables.
Not Windows Executables.

i don't know how the twilight thing works.
i did everything the site says, but where do i get the snes.dol or snes.elf?
i had a snes.exe and i called it snes.dol but it didn't work like i already thought

If you don't know how it works why the hell are you trying? The damn directions are all over the place. Stop being so lazy and SEARCH and READ and LEARN yourself. Once you've tried everything, and you haven't busted your Wii in the process, then ask for help.

i did, but i saw that the size of snes9x.exe was the same as the snes.dol
but i couldn't find the snes.dol on internet
but i finally found it.
And don't be so offensive, damn...
