You could well be wondering why I've started a thread asking this, when there's a blatantly obvious sticky on the first page of this forum relating to the subject.

Well, having read through *all* 13 pages of the tutorial, the question I'm asking has been mentioned on four occassions, but no answer has been given. I'm hoping by drawing a bit more attention to this, we might actually get a definitive answer ..
