You'll have to find it yourself, or ask someone to dump it, or change your Shop Channel to JPN, and get it yourself, no asking for WADs or links to WADs/ROMs/ISOs.

Well, it's japan only; thus you won't see anything else than Japanese shows. But if you still really wanna play with it, I'd say Perfect Dark probably is your best bet. I think I even might have seen it on there.

how do i change my shop channel to JPN?

Use AnyRegion Changer and switch the shop channel country code to 1 for Japan.
