This error message

You get the "Data could not be copied" message whenever you try to copy a game that is not married to your sysNAND.
Did you format emuNAND or sysNAND in anyway?
Are you sure your emuNAND was formatted from the very same sysNAND you are trying to copy it to?

I formatted my sysNAND and emuNAND. My emuNAND was formatted from the same sysNAND. And my NANDs are linked because DevMenu was installed in emuNAND and showed up in sysNAND.

TO ALL USERS:
One way to verify if your NANDs are linked or not is by installing a CIA like blargSNES in emuNAND and have the icon appear in sysNAND without reinstalling it, although you won't be able to run it from sysNAND.

If you install blargSNES in emuNAND, reboot and the blargSNES icon appears in your sysNAND, then you know your NANDs are linked.

Do you think it will be possible to make it work with the GBA games?

I can confirm that mine are linked. Anything I install in my emunand appears in sysnand as well.

-Install the Four Swords CIA IN EMUNAND.
-Go to System Settings OF EMUNAND and copy the game data (DSiWare) to your SD Card.
-Reboot your console after the file is copied.
-After the reboot, you should be in sysNAND, enter SYSNAND SETTINGS and copy the data back into the system.

I did just that and never got that message.

if you followed a guide to unlink the nands (like the one linked in my signature), then you SHOULD have kept a backup of the emunand that was linked with sysnand. if you did, you can do this:

- backup your current emunand with emunand tool;
- restore the emunand that is linked to sysnand with emunand tool;
- follow the guide in the first post;
- restore your emunand;

since the game is on sysnand I guess it wouldn't matter restoring an unlinked emunand afterwards.

reposting because I know a lot of people don't read previous pages (I'm not referring to anyone who is writing here today).

to link the nands is very easy. use emunand tool to backup the current emunand, then create a new one (with "format emunand" in the gateway menu). you can restore the previous emunand (again, with emunand tool) once the game is in your sysnand.
if you never formatted emunand or sysnand and don't know if your nands are linked, then they are linked. to be 100% sure, use the method that shadow wrote some posts ago.

Yeah, I've done all that.

You don't need both nands to have the same FW version, do you?

I have tried everything to make this work, but for me I get a fucking error message FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK :hateit:

Try with another CIA.
If you are sure both your NANDs are linked then I don't see other thing that could be making issues other than the CIA or the CIA installer.
I used Title Manager I think (or whatever it is called).

Could you post the MD5 hash of the one you used?

PS: I'll add this info to the OP.

My NANDs are linked and I have the same CIA as you. I'm confused.
