If you deleted the DSiware from data management and then used a linked emunand to install and copy it, it should work...
I think someone should really make a video. I'm sorry that I can't do it...

same error, and i never formatted any of my NAND. I think it only works on EU 3DS as somebody said, because I have an US one too.

it only works on EU 3DS for some reason. Don't ask me why. As somebody said, this tutorial was posted already back then, but instead of using the CIA, you would just download a legit copy from eShop.

Nope, I'm not a troll.
Many people have already replied that they got it working, take a look at the thread.

Contact someone who has a Four Swords EUR copy of it, so they can make the dump of the CIA with EUR region and have both available.
So far, only the USA is flowing over the net. Not sure about the PAL one.
