My Tutorial:
1-Get a clean SD, without emuNAND. Put the desired Clean CIA in it.
2-Launch Gateway Exploit. In default, it will launch GW mode in sysNAND.
3-Boot DevMenu through GW multi-rom menu.
4-tap the second pane, and select the desired CIA.
5-Wait until installation ends.
6-Go to home menu and unwrip the new application.
7-Restart the console, and you will be able to run the application on sysNAND

I just have people install it to emunand first so if they install to sysnand and get a brick I cant take complete blame but yes this is the easier way

Yeah, but KARL3DS will have a region-free emuNAND, so you will be able to install EUR legit CIAs on USA 3DS without GW.

It's doesn't work anymore on N3DS

Works fine on my n3ds. Remember that the game must match your console region.

This require a second sd card, so it's not really more easier for me.

why not?

The game I just download is correct with same author.
I can run Title Manager On systemnand because I don't understand the step 8 on there.
After install game. I go to setting and back (for go back systemnand) but in there I cann't run title manager.
Pls help

follow steps 5-7 to break emunand temporarily so you can use title manager from your gateway card while in Sysnand and attempt to install that cia.

you can install the CIA straight to your sd card without swapping to a different one this is just a shorter method but has a chance of bricking (extremely low) but none the less it can happen thats why I have people install the CIA to Emunand first

Oh you're installing them to a New3DS then yes break is likely
then again I did put a big warning in red in the post and theres no mention of the New3DS is the post either

Did you save after that ? Are you sure you choose Physcial Disk and not logical disk ?

No, they won't work outside gateway mode.

I have a rare preinstalled game. At least, I believe it doesn't have a ticket that isn't tied to the system. How would I extract it and turn it into a .cia that would work in this manner?

did you get a reply/help/find out yourself?
use FunkyCIA, use rxtools to dump your ticket.db (or whatever method you want)

It'll work only if you have a previous version of the update installed.
