ROM Hack turbo for games

I have looked around the web a little bit but have not been able to find anything like what I am looking for. For example, when playing pokemon, the battles take forever. When playing gba versions on pc emulators, you can hit the turbo button and speed thru the battles. What I am looking for is a NDS homebrew, if it exists, that would allow for turbo on ds flashcarts, such as the M3DS real, which I have. I really have no idea if this exists, or is even possible. Thx to anybody who knows.

AFAIK the only way to speed up DS game on a DS is to make a hardware overclocking mod. In other words there is none and there will be none. Nope, even if you're dr. Eggman like entity i don't think you'd be able to do it.
