Hacking TTDS | Theme Creator

Can some one please tell what program i can use or online program i can use to make my own TTDS Theme??
Its Really making me cut.

You can pick v1.06 of the TTMenu Skin Customizer directly from their site: http://www.ndstt.com/new_download.html

NOTE: It's not a theme-builder, per se, though it'll let you load in the required top & bottom BMPs. It's really more for setting the text colors and transparencies for the top screen and highlighted files. You'll still want to use an image-editing program (lots of free ones out there like GiMP, Paint.net, and Photofiltre) to properly customize your backgrounds and all the fiddly bits like the buttons and icons (about 40 images go into each DSTT theme.)
