I'm trying to update a friends R4i RTS. Has this thing been kept updated, the last official update I can find is version 2.7, and I also found an update version 2.8 but don't know if that is official. Is there an alternate firmware available that will allow new games to be played?

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't. -
