@Ray2R Just so you understand what's going on, A sysNAND and emuNAND are basically the same thing. Official Nintendo software that runs the 3DS as an operating system of sorts. EmuNAND is just a copy of your sysNAND that's stored on the SD card so you can mess with it and modify it and update it without mucking up your real sysNAND.
A CFW is a software that runs on top of a NAND. CFW can be made for sysNAND, emuNAND or Both. The CFW's primary function is to disable signature checks that would normally stop you from installing non-nintendo approved things.
In order for FBI to install anything to any NAND, you need to have a CFW running on that NAND first. Your ReiNAND is setup to only work on emuNAND, so you need to run miniPasta for your sysNAND. To make future installs easier, use FBI.3dsx to install FBI.CIA to your sysNAND while in miniPasta mode. Then, all you'll have to do is load miniPasta, then FBI will be right on your home screen.
