So I decide to compress my DS roms using Winrar. My question is that in one folder I'll have 30 roms and I don't want to keep right clicking on each file and then adding to archive. Highlighting all the files just puts it into one archive. Is there a way to put each rom file into a rar/zip file easily?

1. Select all files you want to compress
2. Right-click and choose "Add to archive"
3. Go to the tab "Files" in the window that appears
4. Check the box right next to the text saying "Put each file to separate archive"

After that you may want to go back to the "General" tab to set compression options, but after that you should only have to press OK before it has started to compress all your files into separate archives.

Can do it with a simple shell script

Open Notepad, and copy and paste this:
Code:
IF NOT EXIST RAR mkdir RAR
FOR %%A IN (*.nds) DO "C:\Program Files\WinRAR\Rar.exe" a RAR\%%A.rar %%A

Save it as "rar.bat" and put it in the same folder as the DS ROMS.
Run the script and it will compress all the files and put them in a new folder called "RAR"
