ok is there somekind of japanese viewing program i can use? im using windhex and yes im using the shiftJIS table but my comp just won't view japanese. Im using Windows XP btw. So is there anyone that can help me with this issue please?

Google NJStar and get the CJK viewer. it's a trial version though. i dunno if there's a free thing or anything out there...
