umm.. After I select the character and the resolution to run it at, I try to run it, but it never works.
It gives me the whole "final fantasy XIV has stopped working.. a problem caused the program to stop working correctly" .. blah blah blah..

Any idea why?

i would have tried it on the pc but i aint gonna play it since our internet is still not multiplayer worthy (although RS with their amazing coding allows me to play flawlessly)

Had the same issue, updating Catalyst solved the problem.

Didn't expect much, even though I rebuilt most of my PC my GPU was the only thing that didn't get replaced so it's still an 8600GT.

Ah thank you. I'll do that since my version of catalyst is a bit old (10.2 or 10.3) ..

Yeah i know Joe.. I just never bothered installing it (heard about people having problems with it as well on overclock.net)
Anyways, I installed it, and it worked (Thanks for the tip tk_saturn)

as for my scores

4581 on low
2559 on high
