Coming from SciresM, the leader of the ReSwitched Hacking Team, it seems that on versions 1.x to 3.x will be compatible with TrustZoneHax.SciresM said:Oh, @here relatedly, 2.x trustzone pwn works on 3.x without any changes required to it.
What does this mean?
If you wondering what "TrustZoneHax" is, it's one of the last layers of security on the Switch. Once we have access to the TrustZone, we have full control of all the system's hardware. Users on versions 3.x and below will be able to enjoy TrustZoneHax once a CFW has been written for the Nintendo Switch.
How is this different from KernelHax?
While KernelHax does give us control over a lot of Switch Hardware, TrustZoneHax gives us more, including "access to the HW crypto engine, with its already set keyslots and whatnot." (stuckpixel)
When will this be released?
It will be released when a CFW is available with it.
