I have ordered from Divineo.cn, their service is quite nice and had no problems with shipping.

Recently, I had a few problems with DX, In december 15th I ordered an EZ-Flash IV and an Acekard 2.1, after a few days support reached me and claimed that both items were out of stock, with ETA 12/26 for EZ-Flash and no ETA for the Acekard, so I changed the order to get an Acekard 2i instead (in December 23rd, and had to pay the difference for the new product, $10.36) and began to wait for the EZF4's ETA. After December 26th, the Acekard 2i was shipped and EZF4's ETA changed again to 3/1/2009. Today, I went to DX to check out if is the EZF4 back in stock, and its status was now "Back Ordered", I gave up on waiting for it, I'm going to ask for a refund. That's a bummer.

But I have made other orders from them and no problems happened. Counting with the Ak2i order change, There were three orders from December 20th to December 23rd, all of them were shipped and left Hong Kong on December 26th, 27th and 28th, all of them arrived in Brazil December 30th, so I'd say they were shipped very quickly, with the holidays and all...

The only problem about them is a lack of a better organization about their stocks and supplyers.


Now, I'm looking for somewhere I can buy an Ez-Flash IV (would be great if were the Deluxe version, but the regular one is OK too), I've found it in BambooGaming.cn, is this site reliable?

From all reports & customer postings on the net about DX this certainly appears to be the only real problem with them especially their stock supply when placing an order. I went through the same thing with stuff supposed to be "In Stock" when in reality after ordering things weren't & listed as "Back-Ordered". Even though this is a smaller problem than a lot of other places it's still something that DX needs to get better at keeping up with.

People like me may be looking for "In Stock" items due to the long shipping time for standard shipping. I did use EMS shipping this time around but only for a special quick order. In the future, I probably wouldn't use EMS shipping so DX certainly needs to keep a close watch on their stock because incorrect stock supply will delay shipments even longer. Geez!

I ordered my CycloDS Evolution from Dealwoot on Sat Dec, 20 2008 and received it on Monday 22nd not bad for free shipping. I also messed up my order and got a Black but wanted a White CycloDS left a comment and they responded right away.

Higher quality has nothing to do with the supplier dude. The build of a flashcart is from the company maker & not the product supplier. RealHotStuff does have faster shipping but you're also gonna pay for that too. They also appear to have great customer service but the quality of a flashcart has absolutely nothing to do with the supplier. It's the company that's building these flashcarts that we can blame for poor quality.

My fault, sorry for the misinformation. Anyways for the OP, RealHotStuff worked well for me with no problems but a lot of the places people have mentioned in here seem fine as well. If you're planning to get a CycloDS, you can check here for a list of their retailers.

Well, DX sent me an e-mail today, where they claimed that "long delay caused by unstable market supply" and that "the ETA of item is only for reference, because it offen affected by market factors", they also said that they will ship the product as soon as it becomes available if I decide to wait for it, or I just can ask for a refund, which I'll probably do in a few days if the status doesn't change and try my luck in another site..

I guess you ordered with standard shipping so yeah it will take 14-21 days estimated probably. If you don't receive it by the 10th of January or so then I'd be getting worried. Thanks!

Go with http://www.dealextreme.com/ or https://www.gamersection.ca/ if you live in Canada. dealextreme has very slow shipping (1-6 weeks). But gamersection is much better (3-10 days).

EDIT: If dealextreme takes too long to ship out your order, give them a kick by email (make sure to sound a little rude!). It really works

I can confirm that contacting DX via email will work. I did this & my order was kick-started. Now, I am due to receive my 1st shipment tomorrow & the 2nd shipment was sent out on the 3rd of January. I did use EMS shipping but I feel that I hadn't contacted them then I'd be waiting longer. This was my 1st purchase from them & I don't know if I will purchase again due to their poor check of stock inventory. I was repsonded to in a very timely manner though. Thanks!

Ordered acekard from them (DealExtreme) at 23rd December Indonesian Time with the "Back Order" status still on. A few days later, it is out of stock, to be honest, i was extremely disappointed and worried about it. (Since 11 bucks cost a lot much more in Indonesian currency, roughly 220.000 Rupiahs, an estimated 1/10 from my current wage)

But, tadaaaaa, wait for only 20 days and i've already got my acekard package sitting on my lap yesterday

Go for it, it is pretty cheap to shop at Dx, or if you prefer other, try FocalPrice.
