Hacking Trucha bug, IOS236, .wad's, Priiloader?

I'm following instructions on How To Geek and I have BootMii Boot2 and HBC installed, NAND backed up to the SD card, but how do I do the rest? Apparently I need to install an exploit called Trucha bug which AFAIK is a bug that allowed third party code to be run but then it got patched. It says you need IOS236 and Multi Mod Manager for .wad's and stuff. I would like to use Priiloader to put on region free games and to block updates and no health screen. Thanks in advance.
